Business Developer – IT Outsourcing
About the Role
This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline for a growing IT services company. You will identify potential clients, initiate conversations, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the technical team.
Responsibilities
You will research target markets and identify companies that require software development, AI integration, cybersecurity, or cloud services.
You will conduct structured outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and direct communication. Instead of sending generic messages, you will personalize communication based on industry and client needs.
You will qualify prospects by understanding their budget, timeline, and technical expectations before arranging meetings.
You will maintain CRM records, track pipeline movement, and provide regular reports on lead generation performance.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
Understanding of IT outsourcing models
Ability to qualify leads professionally
3+ years of experience in IT services lead generation
Nice to Have
Experience in UAE, GCC, or European markets
Familiarity with CRM tools
Experience working in B2B technology sales
